2.1 Information collected automatically

• Device identifier: We use a unique device identifier to distinguish users without asking you for personal registration details.
• Game data: Match history, scores, statistics, and achievement progress.
• App usage data: Technical information such as app version, operating system version, and device model.

• Nickname and avatar: You may choose a nickname and a built-in avatar. These are stored only on your device.
• Feedback: When you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.

2.3 Information we do not collect

In the current release (Version 1.0), the App does not:

• Require an account, email address, phone number, or similar identity information
• Collect location information
• Access contacts, photos, or other sensitive permissions
• Use cookies or similar tracking technology

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information only to:

• Provide the service: Record and display your game data, achievements, and statistics.
• Improve the App: Understand performance, fix errors, and improve features and usability.
• Provide support: Respond to feedback and technical support requests.

4. Information Storage

4.1 Local storage

In Version 1.0, game data, preferences, and achievements are stored on your device using UserDefaults and MMKV. We do not upload this information to our servers.

4.2 Future releases

Future releases may introduce online matches, friends, and other connected features that require some information to be stored on our servers. We will update this policy and notify you before those changes take effect.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties unless:

• You give us clear consent
• Disclosure is required by law or by a lawful government request
• Disclosure is necessary to protect our lawful interests or the rights of others

6. Information Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted local storage, regular security reviews, vulnerability remediation, and limited staff access to user information.

No security measure is absolute. If your device is lost, stolen, or accessed by another person, locally stored information may be exposed.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information without permission, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.

8. Your Rights

• Access: View your game data and statistics in the App at any time.
• Deletion: Permanently erase locally stored data using the “Reset Local Profile” feature.
• Correction: Update your nickname and avatar at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

Version 1.0 does not integrate third-party SDKs or services such as advertising or analytics tools. If we add a third-party service in the future, we will update this policy and obtain any consent required by law.

10. International Data Transfers

Version 1.0 does not transfer data across borders. If a future service requires information to be transferred outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, we will follow applicable law and use appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the App or through another reasonable method. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
